Dear fellow families,
We regret to inform you that limited visitation will be on hold until January 12, unless otherwise notified. Another (one) Gold Crest staff member has tested positive for Covid-19 this week. New York State Department of Health requires us to halt limited visitation for 14 days from the date the individual was tested.
All residents and staff who may have come in contact with these individuals are being closely monitored. As a precaution, all of our residents and staff was/will be tested every 3-7 days for 14 days since the most recent positive result has passed. We are monitoring the situation very closely and we continue staying in close contact with New York State Department of Health and inform them of what’s going on at the facility to ensure that our residents and staff are safe.
